Autograph tree, Coole Park
This photograph shows the autograph tree at Coole Park. This is a Copper Beech tree on which many of the distinguished visitors to Coole Park used to carve their initials. Many famous people from the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries visited Coole Park, and left their mark on this tree.
